Your next challenge: Name five unpopular or just unusual opinions you have about Downton :)
This is difficult because not many of my opinions are unpopular or unusual.
Ummm…
1. Robert is amazing and people who say different (there are quite a few) can take several seats.
2. We’ve already established all the love in my heart for Evelyn Napier and that I want to beat Mary about the head and make her fall in love with him.
3. I actually love that Mary and Edith are written like real siblings who squabble and fight and sometimes hate each other.
4. I get bored by most downstairs goings on pretty quickly. I’m just an upstairs girl I guess.
5. It’s definitely not an unpopular opinion, in fact it’s probably the most popular of all opinions, but I just need to make a written note about how badly mishandled the inclusion of WWI was. From someone who studies WWI and it’s immediate aftermath obsessively. That’s my soapbox moment. I’m done.
