i-am-not-all-there-myself replied to your post:Greetings, friend! You seemed a little off the other day, so I thought I would pop over and bid you good morning…or afternoon. You never can tell, for time is a shifty thing.
The state of how I am is always changing, you will find. *rolls over*
Oh. Will I find? When will I? *raises eyebrow*
Greetings, friend! You seemed a little off the other day, so I thought I would pop over and bid you good morning...or afternoon. You never can tell, for time is a shifty thing.
Chess! Hello! I'm doing way better today, tomorrow is past! Thanks for remembering me. How are you doing, dear?
Fawn & Chess
Morning had arisen on the campus of Disney Prep, the sun shining softly and the breeze at a calming speed. The birds sang their melodies to each other, waking Fawn up in the greatest of moods. She rolled over in her bed, a smile already on her face. The girl suddenly had an urge to be outside, in the middle of the nice morning. She had been cooped up in her room for much too long, and needed to be somewhat social again. Looking at the clock, Fawn noticed that she had woken up pretty early, And that very few people were probably up at the moment. So the girl decided to go for a run, instead. Throwing on whatever clothes were closest to her, she tied her sneakers and left her room. Walking through the halls, she realized that she was right; few people were out of their rooms yet. Maybe I just wasn't meant to be the social butterfly she thought with a shrug. Then a quick shudder ran through her back, ruing that she thought of butterflies.
As she exited the building, she started taking off in a light jog as she took in the beautiful morning. She picked up her pace until she was running along the wood side, a place she ventured often. Fawn hadn't realized that she had been running for so long until she slowed to a stop, right outside the woods. It was now mid-afternoon, and Fawn's body glistened with sweat as she lifted her arms above herself for better breathing. She decided to cool down by walking through the woods for a bit. Controlling her breathing, the girl turned in towards the forest and started to walk. Not even five minutes into the walk before she heard a snap of twigs that wasn't her. She turned around to see a person from afar, unsure of who it was. "Well, ya coulda just asked to walk with me, I woulda said yes hun," she said, figuring it was a student.

Ooc: wanna para!? I have a good starter that was going to be a DPOpen, but it turned out she was in the woods again, an I figured it would be a good chess/fawn one :)
Into The Woods || Trishire
The school grounds were empty; it was kind of a strange hour of the day. It wasn’t early and it wasn’t late, but it certainly was unnatural for there to be absolutely no students on the grounds. It was a little weird, but it allowed Trish to go unnoticed into the forest. She pushed her way through underbrush and over small rocks, weaving through the trees in search of a place she’d found in one of her early excursions into the woods. It was a small shaded clearing with a big rock overlooking a tiny pond. It was far enough away from campus that it felt like a completely different world, but close enough that she didn’t have to go too far into the forest. She slipped off her shoes and climbed onto the rock. Laying down she let the sun beat down on her as she slipped into a relaxed state.
She had come out to find some inspiration, she had her camera with her as always – but she saw nothing wrong with taking in some sun first. Eyes closed, she became very aware of the sounds of late spring around her. The trees swaying and leaves rustling in the wind. The soft scent of flowers wafting their welcome. The birds singing in the sun. The water in the pond softly lapping against the rocks. The warm breeze brushing against her skin. Insects flitting through the air. The sound of something being displaced - her eyes snapped open. She didn’t turn her head right away, silently praying that is wasn’t wildlife. Don’t be a bear.
The Mermaid && The Crazy Purple Cat
Mel agreed with the new kid, Cheshire, to be by the Main Gates in ten minutes. She kissed Leonardo goodbye even though it was just for a little bit. When Mel was walking towards the door Leo ran to follow her, she smiled, picked him up and placed him in his little basket."Stay here. Don't be mean to Mittens" she warned him. Mel dressed her leather jacket as she went down the all. Melody pulled a cigarette out of the pack and lit it up. She took a drag in and the exhaled. She kept smoking while she walked towards the main gates. She glanced over her watch, she was on time. Mel threw the remains of the cigarette to the floor and smashed it with her foot.
She looked around, trying to see if Cheshire as arrived yet. She spotted him walking towards her, she waved with a smile. The boy was a bit weird, but nothing that Mel couldn't handle. Mel opened the gates " You'll like the bakery. The muffins and the donuts are delicious." she said waiting for him to pass the gates. She closed it behind them and made her way towards the town "So.. Cheshire, when did you arrived ?" she asked kicking a small pebble that was in the was
