Lilo spent the whole morning filling up balloons of various colors. She sat patiently on the overpass connecting the center classrooms with the rest of the upstairs. With a water balloon in each hand, she waited for a victim to walk by. Unfortunately for Fawnda, that victim was her. She tossed the barrage of balloons and laughed as each of the balloons hit her target. She ran off, yelling, "Welcome to Disney Prep, I love you!"
Fawn stood there, still and soaked. She heard a familiar voice yell some snarky remark as they ran off before being seen, and she knew it had to have been that Hawaiian chick. That was the only person she'd met so far that she hadn't quite hit it off with, although she enjoyed her snide comments. What was her name? Fawn thought, wringing out her shirt onto the pavement. Loko, or something along those lines. She let out a sigh of both annoyance and impression. Fawn knew what she had to do. She couldn't just let Loko get away with this. She pulled her cell phone out of her purse, which had luckily been spared from the tidal wave that fell on her, dialed a number, and put the phone close to her wet ear, but not quite touching. "Hey, it's Fawn. How would you feel about doing your cousin a favour?..."
