We did it all backwards,
But there will be love.
I am not afraid of time,
The clock stopped the moment you showed up,
I wasnt afraid,
Just not ready to feel,
Ready to heal.
Chaos in my mind,
But I see it all clearly,
I see you, your eyes,
The silent strength,
The way you hold silently,
Unafraid.
I feel and remember all the words,
The poetry you send,
Falling off my tongue.
Without you,
I am not whole,
The silence speaks volumes,
Tells me where I am going,
Knowing where we come from.
Silence speaks loudest,
The hope, the faith,
I am not afraid,
Fear is not a thing,
When you're here with me.
