There’s no difference as far as i know! The dnp website is more of like the base of links that just directs you to the event page on the venue site! if the site doesn’t make it clear that there are tickets left available , try calling the venue :D
dan and phil worked really hard to make more dates for tours, meaning they'll have to work more, so that more people can go and if thats not a fucking amazing kind thing i don't know what is
okay i have a bad feeling about some phan stuff. i think this is the beginning of the end. because whenever they speak about it, they're like "best thing we've ever done" and "containing all our memories in the book" as if it's this thing that symbolises finality. i have awful feelings that by the end of all of this, they're gonna go their separate ways or something along those lines. i'm rly sorry to vent this to you.

(sorry if ur not omg). i see what u mean, and i know lots of others think the same thing, but i really dont think this is whats happening. i think they are just riding this high while its still a thing. we dont know how long youtube is going to last, and i think dan and phil are just trying to preserve this thing while its happening you know? it doesnt mean its ending after this, i mean it could get bigger still or it could stay the same, who knows, but i think the reason they are doing it now is because they got the opportunity (yk, the publisher etc).
look at those quotes, they’re in present tense, right? i really dont think they are going to end it. its hard to say in words, but its just like marking a milestone, just in an epic way. for us, preserving a memory could be filming something, but for them, preserving something and helping this business is making a book. (remember there is money involved. judging from what dans said, it really does seem that the book is because they wanted to do something really epic and its the best thing theyve done, and that makes me really happy, but money is also a thing). the tour will go on for quite a while, and i think its just because theyve had the idea, had the opportunity window, and want to do it.
them saying about how the tour and the book are to preserve their really special friendship makes me really happy, and i dont think they are going to part ways after talking so much about how they lung love each other (haha). its just a thing which happens to be happening now, which theyve been planning for a while. <33
I woke up at 5 am because of my alarm and then I saw that Dan and Phil tweeted something (it was a yt link, so i thought it was a new vid) and then it was the trailer for their new book which I was like 'omg I'm so proud of them!' and then I went back to sleep. A few hours later, I decided to look at my tumblr since I have nothing to do with my life, I saw that DP are actually having a tour which I was supportive of (eventhough they will never go to my country lol). And all these haters like 'its so expensive' or 'you guys have no originality' I know that a book and/or tour is kinda unoriginal but it's not like they can invent books and tours and plus they're doing this for us. It must be heartbreaking that this shiz got negative feedback (may I note: It came from a few of us). And for that expensive part just look at other blogs because I don't have the energy to say the obvious again.
