I was rewatching Teen Titans(2003) and had the passive thought; "Hey, doesn't Danny sometimes feel like, in an AU, he could totally pass as a Beast Boy x Raven love child? He has Raven's looks(*), sass, and knowledge of the occult, but he has Beast Boy's outgoingness, prankster personality, and killer Puppy Dog eyes. And we can also probably tie in BB's scientist parents to the Fentons somehow if we really had to."
And now, I can't unthink it!
Soul Bonded Twins AU
Here is my Demon Twin AU. Please feel free to make this into a fic :) (if you do please let me know I would love to read it lol)
Damian al Ghul was never an only child.
He was born with a twin brother, Danyal. While Damian excelled in the League of Assassins, Danyal was born with a severe heart defect that left him too weak to endure the League's brutal training. Ra's al Ghul quickly deemed Damian the more worthy heir, treating Danyal as little more than a disappointment.
Despite this, the brothers were inseparable.
When they were only five years old, Ra's decided Danyal's weakness was a liability. To teach Damian that attachment was a weakness, he murdered Danyal in front of him.
Damian never forgave himself for failing to protect his brother.
Horrified by what her father had done, Talia secretly began planning Damian's escape from the League. When he turned ten, she delivered him to Bruce Wayne.
Although Bruce and the rest of the Batfamily tried to welcome him, Damian kept them at arm's length. He had already lost one brother. He refused to let himself have another.
A year later, after finally accepting the Batfamily as his own, Damian is struck by a magical curse during a mission. Constantine and Zatanna manage to save him, but while repairing the damage to his soul they discover something impossible.
Damian is part of a pair of Soulbound Twins.
Soulbound Twins are born sharing a single soul split into two equal halves. They are destined to be reborn together as twins in every lifetime. As long as one half exists, the other will always find its way back. However, if one soul is ever completely destroyed, the other will soon follow.
The Batfamily is confused. Damian has no twin.
Then Damian quietly asks the question that silences the room.
"Does... does this mean I'll get to see Danyal again?"
For the first time, Damian tells his family about the brother he lost.
They grieve not only for Damian, but for the little boy who should have been part of their family all along.
Unfortunately, fate isn't finished with them.
Three years later Talia creates a clone of Damian known as Heretic. Just as in canon, Heretic murders Damian during battle.
Bruce desperately tries to recover his son's body, but Darkseid claims it first, hoping to exploit the Chaos Shards hidden within Damian. When he realizes he cannot keep them, Darkseid destroys Damian's body entirely.
If Darkseid cannot have Damian, neither can Batman.
Bruce is left believing his son is gone forever.
But Soulbound Twins never remain separated.
In another universe, the brothers are born again.
This time they are Daniel "Danny" Fenton and his twin brother Dante "Dan" Fenton.
Danny is the reincarnation of Danyal.
Dan is the reincarnation of Damian.
Unlike their first life, the twins grow up together, always protecting one another.
When Danny accidentally activates his parents' Ghost Portal, Dan dives in after him without hesitation. Both boys die in the portal accident and awaken as half-human, half-ghost heroes.
Together they become known throughout Amity Park as The Phantom Twins.
Their circle grows to include Sam, Tucker, Jazz, Valerie, Wes, and Dani.
For the first time in any lifetime, the twins are truly happy.
Then everything falls apart.
After Jack and Maddie Fenton discover the twins' identities, they hand them over to the Guys in White. Danny and Dan are imprisoned and experimented on for months.
Their friends launch a rescue mission.
They succeed.
But every one of them pays with their life.
Valerie, Sam, Dani, and Wes die buying the twins enough time to escape. Jazz and Tucker stay behind long enough to activate the Ghost Zone portal one final time before destroying it, sacrificing themselves in the resulting explosion to prevent the GIW from ever following.
The Phantom Twins survive.
Everyone else is gone.
Broken, grieving, and barely alive, the twins are found by Clockwork, who brings them to the Far Frozen, where Frostbite and the Yetis nurse them back to health.
Once they recover, Clockwork reveals the truth.
Dan and Danny are not ordinary reincarnations. Their souls are incredibly young, having lived only one previous life before this one.
That life was as Damian and Danyal al Ghul.
Clockwork offers them a choice.
He can restore every memory of their first life and send them back to the family they left behind.
Or he can leave those memories buried forever.
Without hesitation, the twins choose to remember.
Damian remembers Bruce.
Danyal remembers the brother he lost.
Danny remembers dying.
Dan remembers living.
Armed with every memory from both lives, the twins return to Gotham.
One year has passed since Damian's death.
Bruce is still mourning.
Then two ghostly twelve-year-old boys walk into Gotham claiming the impossible.
One introduces himself as Damian.
The other smiles gently and says,
"Hello... my name is Danyal. It's nice to finally you."

Wes snorted. "That motherfucker doesn't even look sixteen, let alone eighteen."
Dpxdc prompt: a surprise family reunion
Batman gets a suprise in his life when there is a villain who declared he will use his children as bait thru magical means. And he gets 3 surprises. But the real mystery is the last kid.
Dick, Tim, and Cass. Bruce already expected. Jason, who Bruce didnt even know he's alive and is still shocked about the fact. And then theres Damian, his biological son who Talia hid from him (he's still reeling about that)
And then theres Danny.
DPxDC Prompt #25
Danny, on the run, learns shapeshifting and proceeds to pull an Amorpho to eat. Ie, finds family having a big meal, waits for everyone to go to bed, turn into one of the family members, and breaks in to eat their leftovers. If he's caught, he just has to pretend to be whoever he's shapeshifted in to up for a midnight snack long enough to get away.
It works especially well on larger families with strong resemblance to each other. Tired people in the dark will rationalize away any idiosyncrasies. And as long as he doesn't linger long enough for rumors to pop up, the risk is negligible.
The trick has served him well as he's made his way steadily east (bigger cities, denser populations, easier to hide). Well enough he's completely confident in his next choice of targets. The Wayne Family should see him well fed enough, he might even make it out of the country on his next migration.
So like, I was vibing - and then an idea struck me. As all things do.
And then I realized, Danny is the King of ALL Ghosts. So now as I sat there with this revelation, I have come to the realization that - why haven't we summoned up to a bunch of other ghosts from other media, for at least either a cameo or a crackfic?
Y'see, I was listening to a beautiful remix of Luigi's Mansion and then seeing the artwork of King Boo, I just thought - when Danny was crowned King of Ghosts, all kinds of Ghosts showed up?
Ghosts do what they want and what they please (good or evil, what does it matter?), but at the end of the day, most of them look after each other. So when news of Danny being captured by GIW happens, I just had the most stupidest thought.
King Boo, despite being all evil and jazz, kinda appreciates Phantom. So finding out he was captured, set him off - because damnit, he knows what it's like to be captured and trapped in shit for YEARS.
Que King Boo, Master of Illusions, Slayer of the Infinite, and the guy who managed to kidnap Mario THREE TIMES - showing up and immediately wrecking the GIW Base to rescue the Boy King.
And because I can, DPXDC in it as well.
Danny runs off with Gotham, with King Boo and his own army of Boos with them, and things go your usual DPXDC Crossover. Except now they're more mischief because this place is TEEMING with hauntedness, so now Boos are going around pranking people - and scaring the shit out of them,
Meanwhile after the jumpscare, everyone sits there like, "Was that a fucking Boo?"
Because now there's TWO GHOST KINGS in Gotham. And Danny is liking King Boo, and vice versa. Not exactly a mentorship, but more like, "We ride, and we died. So now we keep riding."
I had a random idea for DCXDP where Danny gets involved with a marriage ritual, but instead of breaking it off or falling in love, they end up with a platonic marriage. So if either of them ever end up in a romantic relationship, they/their partner will hear jokes about how they're *gasp* cheating/a homewrecker!
I'll use Dick as an example:

Dick: Danny! How could you?! *obvious fake sobbing* Does our marriage mean nothing to you
Danny, trying not to laugh: Aren't you dating Kori?
Dick, clutching imaginary pearls: Don't you dare bring her into this!
