In the prophecy, every time the "Prince from the Dark" was depicted, it was always Ralsei in the cloak specifically. We see it abundantly in Chapter 4

That's why he greeted us with the cloak.

He was following the prophecy to the letter, and so when Susie told him to take off the hood, SHE DEFIED THE PROPHECY.

ITS ALWAYS SUSIE

There's gonna be more than one ending. Or at the very least, we're gonna defy the prophecy.

Because Susie won't let anyone get hurt under her watch.
