Ok this may or may not have any relations. I was rewatching the Post Covid movie, and a week ago I watched the Bigger Longer and Uncut movie.

In the Bigger Longer and Uncut, Kenny’s mom said that he could’ve been a promising doctor if he didn’t die. In the Post Covid movie, he becomes a great scientist. Because of this, he is referred to as “Dr. McCormick.”

Perhaps in the Bigger Longer and Uncut, they were foreshadowing the fact that Kenny is going to become a scientist. In that case, they probably thought out each kids future before hand, way back when making that movie in 1999.
