NAGITO!!! A LUCKY LITTLE LEE!!!
He's super ticklish! He gets embarrassed by it, but he honestly likes being tickled. It's comforting, in a weird way.
His luck utilizes his ticklishness in the worst ways possible. Majority of the time, he's just at the wrong place at the wrong time (AKA when Ibuki/Akane is in tickle monster mode).
Other times, he just seems to get into the wildest situations. One time, he got honey all over him and Gundham's bear chased him down. He was stuck laughing his head off until the bear licked all of it off.
MY FRIEND GAVE ME THIS HC MWAH MWAH ILY so... Nagito has ticklish feet and sometimes goes on walks down the beach without shoes on because!! The sand!!! It tickles!!!!
Due to his luck, anyone who tickles him finds his worst spots pretty quickly.
He won't be upset if tickled in public/with an audience, but he prefers it being private. It's much less embarrassing for him.

He does! Lemme just:
Ler!Maki: Kaito just lets himself give into it when it’s just the two of them, because he doesn’t see a need to hold back around her. Very very flustered like 90% of the time and is overall just v soft for her tickles 🥺
Ler!Shuichi: Oh he puts up a good fight with his side kick, he’s gonna show he’s not easy to take down! Holds back his laughter as long as he can, which worked the first few times Shuichi tried to tickle him. But the emo managed to find a weak spot immediately one of the time he was wrecking Kaito and everything went down hill from there.
Ler! Kokichi: Kaito was honestly freaked the fuck out Kokichi wrecked him when it was not for brutal and hate filled revenge. Ends up letting loose immediately but only because he’s shocked as hell, also pretty flustered with the gremlin being the ler. Very prone to stammering out insults and weak threats, but they always fly over Kokichi’s head.

One time he tried to cheat at a game he was playing with Chiaki. He quickly learned how she deals with cheaters and how good of a tickler she was.
Hajime and Fuyujhiko get tickled at the same time a lot, usually for having bad attitudes.

I hc that he likes soft tickles on his belly and his back. Gentle tickles on his stomach is affectionate and flusters him to no end while tickling his back helps him relax/go to sleep.
