need more dr. collins posting because the implications that she has consistently and courageously worked in that ER without strangling the male doctors shows how much of an angel she really is

and also it’s clear she respects her interns and residents, consistently is willing to go to bat for her decisions and rationalizes them effectively, teaches the most thoroughly out of any of them, and has an excellent rapport with other staffers like nurses, techs, and EMTs

#like everyone thinks robby is good but it’s clear his emotions do NOT always stay in check #and langdon is a good doctor but he has shown he lashes out and does not teach effectively when he doesn’t feel like it #but like collins has shown herself to be an incredibly effective ER doc and keeps herself in check when she needs to #dr. collins #heather collins #the pitt #also she’s gorgeous angel from heaven
