Woooo finally got this design through, its been a bit since i had a finished lookin drawing of Dr. Evilglaze.
As it says on the canvas, the notes arent supposed to be read, its just to fill up space, if you wanna try good luck because i did NOT double read all that.
The most important things to note are that they are based on a Sea angel and they're entire nervous system is out. the world must see they're amazing brain! And hopefully if they get they're hands on pesky subject no. 325, "their heart" too. Also they're a woman. pretty big change
this was genuinely so fun, i think this idiot changed the trajectory of my designs from here on out. This was literally just a cleaned up sketch
the main thing i wanna work on from this design are the body colors (specifically the blues) and the chest area, i feel like i can add an extra color to this to make it less flat. I'd probably make they're chest and shoulders broader too because that one illustration in their story is uhh yknow

Either way, I thought the aesthetics of the character were very interesting, as a creative liberty I changed the shape of the horns just to make them a bit more visually appealing, it was very fun to draw! Very cutesy :D
