there's something i don't understand. in the toh ep in question moe said they performed the "total frontal lobotomy" by going through your nose. i tried to look up lobotomy performed through the nose but i didn't find anything, so is that just something the simpsons writers pulled out of their ass or am i stupid?

maybe moe was just so brain damaged that he made it up. BUT ALSO. how would you be able to collect the piece of the brain with just a lobotomy? how would you be able to collect it at all without killing the patient and without cutting the head open? i'm so confused.

and don't give me that bullshit about "lol it's just a cartoon it ain't that deep" FUCK YOU. don't even. i want an explanation. i need answers.
