This helps. Basically they give you this bottle and little, saline packets.

Put some distilled water in that bottle, throw one or two saline packets in there, then shake. (The bottle and your ass.)

The fun part, especially if you’ve never done it, is to feel the saline water go up one nostril and pour out the other nostril. (Who would’ve thought your nose even worked like that.)

It’s not a complete substitute for advanced allergy sufferers, but it helps.
