So, a fast-thinking halfling bard with a silver tongue stumbles upon a down-on-his luck cleric with poor pick-pocketing skills.
That's the start of a WONDERFUL Dungeon's & Dragons oneshot I had a couple of months back, and I had an absolute BLAST. <3
I played Dr Sarhake, a homless cleric who doens't have two pennies to rub together, and thus has been forced into a life of petty crime. His dump-stat is charisma, which means that @belphegor1982's halfling bard Doina Detz was able to skillfully save him from having to to talk himself out of a failed pick-pocket attempt... 🤣 And that's how they met.
We also saved a bunch of innocent bystanders (including a mother and a baby) from vindicitve vines, retrieved a stolen stone for a nice goblin gentleman, and might have semi successfully talked some sense into an at risk teen (or at least helped him become a better thief).
