He used to be a teddy bear that was gifted to Blu Pyro as a birthday from Blu Medic.
But one night, Pyro wished that their teddy bear would come to life as a shooting star passed by. So they can play together all the time.
The next day, Pyro woke up to a life-size of their teddy bear.
Dr. Teddy was his name!
He promised Pyro that he would give all of his sweetness and softness for their friendship to bloom even more.
