What if the Original Sunbringer found a way to preserve the lives of those she treasured? Namely, you.

But it wasn't perfect.

You lost every piece of memory that you had with Sunbringer and everything that you had worked on with her and the old Void Hunters to save humanity. After all, you died on the battlefield doing just that. However, Sunbringer was willing to accept it despite her comrades' begs to let you rest.

No matter, it was up to Sunbringer to find a way to bring you back to her, no matter how long it takes. She has time, unlike many.

And she did.

You've been living for god knows how long, meeting new people and creating new memories in the city in the skies. Sunbringer was happy with you in the city that she made away from the rest of humanity, however, she didn't tell you of her plan before she split herself into three. Leaving you with a family of new three Sunbringers who carry the love the original had for you thus value you so dearly.

Lindverne and Dracaene would coddle you like a teddy bear, their energy would be boundless when they're with you that you'd be easily drained within a day.

Sigrid and Velina would be more concerned about you passing out from the endless itinerary that the two prepared just for the three of you to do.

But for Eldreda, she has a similar temperament to her creator but is more distant. She would keep to herself, especially with you around and barely utter a word.

However, in rare instances, she would drape her heavy coat on you if you were feeling cold or would come into your sleeping quarters and just watch you sleep. You don't know why she's doing this but you didn't bring this up to her, afraid that she might stop.

And ever since the news of an attempted assassination of Eldreda became widespread across Roscaelifer, you've been receiving a feather a day by your window and you're not certain who's been leaving them.

It seems like it'd be super easy to make a bunch of versions of one guy in ZZZ, be it copying data and memories onto a new logic core, or downloading a mind onto a cloned body, but I have a headcanon as to why they can't.don't do that, and with how the Sunbringers are described by Dracaene specifically.

The more concurrent, active instances of intelligences there are, the higher the deviation and instability of the original they become.

Two is about the limit; One in your Body, one in the VR Machines at the HIA Club.

If there was a third, it would have issues with emotional stability, and mental acuity, but it would still be you until the deviations caused it to be someone other than you; grow it's own soul, and become it's own person.

the Fourth would have worsening issues and so on and so forth.

The Sunbringers worked around it because they aren't all one person, but different aspects of one person - different thoughts, memories, personalities, experiences, sections of the OG Sunbringer, and with the different Titles/names to differentiate them from each other, they aren't Sunbringer the Person, but Sunbringer the Concept.

The biggest issue is that once a copy is made it's stuck at the quality it's made at.

Copy #5 will be impaired it's entire existance, even if it becomes the last active copy, but if there is then a #6 made from the OG copy, it'd have the issues of #2, because it would be the second concurrent copy of the person.

I still don’t understand why they chopped Sunbringer into THREE, including one interaction as a GODDAMN CHILD!

They strip her aura off and will give her with a likeness of 95% Yixuan’s old unwashed bodysuit with tenthousand cut outs, the ugliest asymmetrical jeggings and M-cups that threaten to break her spine.

The gang meeting Sunbringer again but they mistook her for Eldreda before Veli cleared up that it’s Dracaene.

The reaction to learning that this is a different Sunbringer is priceless.
