I’m just gonna post my two Hotel Transylvania AUs because I’m tired of them sitting on my computer lol

AU 1: Roleswap AU

Johnny takes Mavis' position, Mavis takes Drac's position, and Drac takes Johnny's position - Mavis and Johnny are now orphaned (but communally adopted) vampire twins who run a hotel that was left to them by their dead parents & helped maintained by their found family and friends. Johnny is the more adventurous of the two and is less scared of humans, whereas Mavis still thinks they're out for vampire blood. They're celebrating their 121st birthdays when Drac suddenly arrives, alerting only Johnny at first and he goes on Wacky Comedy Hijinx trying to hide his new human friend from his sister, which lasts about the whole first act, culminating with the both of them trying to smuggle him out before he's found. Drac and Johnny fall in love but Drac has to leave because plot, Mavis? comes and gets him, they reconcile and hug, she gives him away to Johnny, roll credits.

AU 2: Long-Lost Daughter

Drac thought he lost Mavis in the fire that killed Martha, and has been moving in and out of grief for the past two centuries, until in blusters a couple of kids, one of which just so happens to be that thought-lost daughter. They've been a rolling crew ever since Mavis got attached to Johnny at one of the late-night parties he went to, and have been exploring ever since. It's not really a secret that Mavis is a vampire and Johnny is cool with that in an avoiding-the-issue kind of way, until they eventually stumble into the Hotel for Monsters - Johnny and Drac Zing, Mavis reconnects with her father, Drac gets his daughter back, good feels all around. (Mavis is considerably more punk, rough and tumble, and world-aware in this AU)

Yup, still do! Been shipping them for almost 10 years!

Although the 2nd and 3rd movies were less exciting for me since they didn't get a lot of moments together. I haven't seen Transformania yet, but I heard the plot is mainly about them so I gotta get on that!
