Shen Qingqiu who gets hit with a curse that temporarily turns him into a mortal. It's on a mission, and he's whisked away rather quickly.

When Yue Qingyuan finds him he sees Shen Qingqiu standing over two bodies, a bloodied hair pin clenched in his hands. There's blood on his hands, his robes, and a splash of it across his face. His eyes are wide and dark, looking murderous--like a wild animal--as he turns his gaze to Yue Qingyuan.

Shen Qingqiu would do what it took to survive. They thought it'd be easy to subdue him because his cultivation was sealed, and they quickly paid the price. Yue Qingyuan's heart skips a beat.

The fact that pretty much every single byler of a couple years ago thought that s5 would be an apocalyptic, closed down Hawkins really says something. Most reactions to filming leaks early on were “why are they at school? Why would school be open?” Glossing over the massive gates on the ground was a really weird direction for the show to go in.

I lost so much interest in s5 once I saw the pictures of the party at school. But the duffers were right. No one saw that coming. Because it’s illogical
