Draft Submissions
Drafts will be sent in as an attachment (a Google doc, PDF , JPEG etc) to the email; [email protected]. These drafts must be sent in before 1 am on the 4th of Jan CEST.
If your drafts are not in by this time you will be disqualified.

A/N:
The title can be anything you want, eve if it’s just ‘Pirate AU’, the description or prompt is optional, a way to clarify the idea behind your piece or explain in more detail the direction you’d like the story to go in.
The warnings should contain anything in your work that needs to be warned for and the limitations section is where you outline the things you do not want to have in the fic for your piece.

We moved the submission dates from October 31 to November 14!
Remember this is the date for the final draft submission (writers) and draft submission (artists).

These are the rules for the ROUGH DRAFT SUBMISSION PROCEDURE, April 6th.
I hope we answer here your questions and doubts. If you have some more, don't hesitate in contact us by mail to [email protected] , or in our Discord channel.
In April 6th we will be sending you an e-mail with a new form in which you will have to fill the following fields:
Title:
Rating:
Tags: (the usual tags, you can find examples in AO3)
Warnings: (please be specific here, we don't want any surprises. You should warn about underage, sexual situations, violence, original characters, main character death, etc.)
Pairings:
Summary: (not more than 200 words)
Visual Elements: (No more than 300 words) For Example: DEAN AND CAS SITTING ON THE GRASS WATCHING A SUNSET.
You can choose wherever you think it would be appealing for an artist to draw. It could be scenes, situations or places.
Current Length:
Approximate length: (it’s the lenght you think your fic will reach)
You need the 80% of the minimum word count (18k) to make the submit, it means, you need 14K. Even if you fic will reach more than 18k, you will need just 14k for April 6.
The rough draft of your fic doesn't need to be betaed at this point of the bang.

Advertencias: (Sean específicos aquí, ya que no queremos sorpresas. Deben advertir a cerca de menores de edad, escena de sexo explícito, muerte de personaje principal, violencia, personajes originales, etc.)
Parejas:
Resumen: (no más de 200 palabras)
Elementos Visuales (no más de 300 palabras) Por ejemplo: DEAN Y CAS SENTADOS EN EL CÉSPED MIRANDO EL ATARDECER.
Pueden elegir todo lo que crean sería atractivo para un artista. Pueden ser escenarios, situaciones o lugares.
Extensión actual:
Extensión aproximada: (es un número aproximado de palabras a lo que creen alcanzarán con su historia)
Precisarán contar con el 80% del mínimo de palabras exigidos (18k) para poder enviarnos su borrador. Es decir que se necesitan 14k para el 6 de Abril, aún si su Fic superará los 18k.
El borrador no necesita estar editado por un beta a este punto del Bang.

Am 6. April 2020 werdet ihr eine e-mail mit einem Formular von uns erhalten. In diesem Formular werdet ihr folgende Fragen beantworten müssen:

Tags: (die gewohnten Tags, Beispiele dazu findet ihr auf AO3)
Warnungen: (bitte seid sehr spezifisch, damit wir wissen was auf uns zukommt ;) (Ihr solltet auf jeden Fall warnen bei: Minderjährigkeit, sexuellen Situationen, Gewalt, eigenen Charakteren, Tod eines Haupt-Charakters, etc.)
Pairings:
Zusammenfassung: (maximal 200 Wörter)
Visuelle Elemente: (maximal 300 Wörter) Zum Beispiel: DEAN UND CAS SITZEN IM GRAS UND BETRACHTEN GEMEINSAM DEN SONNENUNTERGANG.
Ihr könnt Szenen, Situationen, oder Orte wählen, die eurer Meinung nach für die Künstler geeignet sind, um sie zu zeichnen.
Tatsächliche Länge am 6.4.:
Theoretische Länge: (=Die Länge die eure Fic eurer Einschätzung nach erreichen wird)
Ihr benötigt am 6.4. 80% der Mindestlänge (18.000) um teilzunehmen. Das bedeutet, ihr solltet zum 6. April eine Wortanzahl von mindestens 14.000 Wörtern erreicht haben, auch wenn eure Fic am Ende mehr als 18.000 Wörter haben wird.
Der grobe Entwurf eurer Fic muss zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht korrekturgelesen sein.

Draft Submission for Writers
You can submit your final draft anytime before August 12. That includes till 11:59 PM of August 11 in your time zone. I won’t be checking if it’s 11:59 PM but please, don't be dishonest... that's rude, and in case the Murder Husbands are watching, always be polite and respectful (we never know!).
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you picked the mini bang, but have crossed 10k or 20k and don’t inform us beforehand about changing your bang track, your fic will still be treated as a mini bang, and the artist will not be obliged to make minimum header + 1 or 2 art pieces. Similarly, if you don’t change to a mini bang before giving a draft less than 10k words, I'll send you a message as a warning so you can make the change; but if nothing is done, you'll be disqualified.

Draft submission - deadline
The deadline for drafts is fast approaching! For you to remember, the deadline is on August 12 by midnight of your time zones (as Saturday becomes Sunday). Be careful as there won’t be an extension of time (I won’t check if it it’s midnight in your time zone but, please, be honest about this).
