Tony: *look at his hands* generic answer or my real one?

Tony: they are free... climbing out of the warm dens, pushing off the ground. No gravity. No thoughts about people. Soaring farther than myself. They are born of the strongest things in this universe, stars. Bursting to life. We are here and they are free. Bursting to the steams. When a elder dies, the burst into something brilliant. Or collapse to a cosmic beauty of hunger, not out of malice but because it is feeding others around it. A guardian for the smaller dragons. Grauding their existence- ahem yeah, dragons...

Bucky: *looks at the stars* you'd be a dragon... visit sometime

Tony: *starts blushing smiling* *snorts* promise... you?

Bucky: *look at the ground* something from hell i guess

Tony: *eyes rolls* you are trying to out match my morbidness

Bucky: *blushing with a smirk* shut it Stark

To think Bucky looked at his skeletal arm knowing he has came back as this thing. The empty hollow eyes as he stared up at the bright colorful skies. He watched as the deep shadows swam across the skies. On his the debris he use as a seat, the wind whispered decay. It was dry as it always been, for last week. The night season was warm as usual in this southern part. Nothing changed for him, he liked it this way. He can watch.

He watched every night. Not remembering centuries ago about why the sky called to him.

A name on his tongue, fangs aching to speak that long dead man name. Staring longer at the sky, he listened to the pebbles falling and a buolding crashing to the ground. His territory massive and large. He was stared, a dreamy voice warm with the night, "bursting with color". Color. He looked at those color fill night skies, watching one fly down.

The colors never come down here. They never come here and land. Bucky looked at the color panded gracefully down. Long at first, shrinking to that of a tallish creature. Here it stood it, scales glistening, chest warm with fire, and brown... brown. Brown. Brown.

Bucky slid off, weapon at the ready, the creature stopped, a step forward, head tilting, nose flaring. Those slit pupils expanded, Bucky moving slower than usual and this warm, warm, warm thing pinned him. A muscle memory. Push. Pull. Flip. Laugh?

That creature looked at him, before that distant warm laugh came out, "You... smell like home."

Failure after failure weighs heavy on Steve, tearing him up inside till he's ready to scream. He fights so goddamn hard and yet nothing he does is right; he fails a mission, he fails to protect Sam, fails to find Bucky, fails to do what he knows he needs to and he's so angry he could fight a platoon of HYDRA and not break a sweat. Knotted up and all wrong, what he needs is something he can't afford to do; break down.

Good thing Tony knows exactly how to give him what he needs.

Bound to You

Dom withdrawal is a real and serious thing, with dangerous and unpleasant side effects.

Good thing that’s not what’s wrong with Tony.

It's been a year, and Bucky thought he would feel a little better by now. But the anxiety and insomnia just keep getting worse, and he doesn't know how much longer he can deal with this level of PTSD.
