The Mayor have a right-hand-man named Xíng Hēi (the Dark Figure). He is a warrior, but his soul is very unstable. The only reason he's alive is his master‐ oh- uh- I mean, Shi Cheng.
Don't let my bad facial expressions skills decieve you. He's not cute 😡 He trying to be as stoic as possible. The Dark Figure is nothing but void, after all.
