You tried to pay attention in class but Draco kept looking at you. Everytime you dared to glance in his direction he was there, staring with intent. It made you uncomfortable and it made focusing impossible. The small toad in front of you gave you a look of sorrow, yet it hadn’t made a noise for first 10 minutes of class. Professor Flitwick had just finished giving the last few notes on revision for the Mending charm (Raparo) which you hadn’t copied down on a loose piece of parchment untidy because you had forgotten your note book. Everyone had small common toads placed in front of them, yet nobody knew why. A large raven was perched on an old wooden stand next to the professor quietly. “Now, I imagine you’re all wondering why you each have a toad in front of you hmm?” Said professor Flitwick moving to his lecuture stand that hid the 2 wooden steps he had to step up in order to see over it. Most the class nodded eagerly to this question. “Today we learn the silencing charm, can anyone tell me anything about said charm?” He asked looking around the room for volunteers. Nobody raised their hand. The professor noticed Draco staring at you. “Ah, Mr Malfoy perhaps you could tell us anything you know about this charm?” The whole class turned to look at Draco. “The Silencing Charm - Silencio, is a charm that renders the victim temporarily mute, working on both beasts and beings. It is immensely difficult to perform, more so on ravens than frogs” replied Draco smoothly and with ease. He didn’t take his eyes off you. “Very good Mr Malfoy!” Exclaimed the professor, “Now, if you could just seem like you were paying attention instead of gazing at Miss (y/l/n) thank you.” The whole class giggled. You felt your cheeks burn up for what seemed like the millionth time today. “Of course professor” replied Draco showing slight attitude as he turned to face the correct way. The class went on as normal, you managed to silence your toad successfully after 3 attempts, Draco did it after 2. The professor dismissed the class as the loud clock tower chimed. You picked up your books as a small folded piece of parchment floated down in front of you, the words “Open Alone” written on it. You picked it up and slotted it into your book. Only you and two other girls where still present, Draco had already gone. After the rest of your classes that seemed to dragged you returned to your dorm room and retrieved the note from your book. It was from Draco as you expected. “Meet me in the brooms closet on the second floor, 7:30pm, don’t be late.” You felt your stomach flip. You made your way to the brooms closet, it was 7:32pm. You almost hadn’t gone and had spent the rest of time after class debating if you went or not. You couldn’t believe you were doing this. You reached the closet door and stopped, your heart pounding, it wasn’t too late to turn back. It was now 7:33pm. You look a deep breath and entered the small closet and closed the door behind you, Draco was waiting inside. “You kept me waiting Little Dragon.” “I-I’m sorry” you stuttered, you attempted a small smile. “I don’t normally like to be kept waiting, but this once, I’ll let you off” Draco smirked, his hand going to caress your face. His arm wrapped around your waist and he pulled you in, kissing you passionately. You felt every inch of you tingle. Your face became warm as you slowly sank into him, allowing him to kiss you. Slowly he pushed you against the wall and pinned you against it. “I’ve had my eye on you, so tell me Little Dragon, have you had your eye on me?” He asked before he began to kiss down your neck.
