Dragon Fire
Chapter Three (Part Two)
Draco x reader
Draco x reader You’re a shy girl who is facinated by dragons. You’ve had a crush on Draco since 3rd year when he was in your potions class and apparently he’s had his eye on you. —————————————————-
Warning: there is no warning, this is just a cute-sy development in yourand Draco’s “relationship”?

A few classes and hours in the library later you returned to your dorm. You went to your room changed out of your robes into something more comfortable. The dorm was currently quiet, warm and dimly lit. The bright orange flames crackling away in the fire place. As you went to hang up your robe you noticed the note still in your pocket. A wave of uneasiness spread across your chest, but regardless you still decided to bring the note with you back into the dorm - you weren’t going to avoid him any longer.
You sat crosslegged on the sofa across from the warm fire and stared at the folded note. You could feel the warmth of the fire on your arms and face it was comforting. You knew Draco was a sweet enough guy if he wanted to be, to you at least, but at the same time he could be feisty? Was that the right word? Nevertheless you had yet to see the true passion that lay within the boy. It was there alright, you could see it in his eyes and in the way he spoke to you.
At this point you were staring deep into the autumn tounges of the fire, trapped in your head trying to figure out Draco. Why you? Did he really care? Well he brought the flowers so he must? Was the broom closet just a trap to draw you hopelessly in?
“Y/F/N, are you okay?” Came a voice, you felt a gentle nudge on your shoulder. It was Elizabeth, she was still in her school robes holding a large hardback back book on herbiology.
“Hmm? Oh, yes I’m okay thank you, just lost in thought… Heh.” You quietly responded noticing how hard you were now clutching the note. You relaxed your body and smiled at Elizabeth, she looked worried and unconvinced.
“Honestly I’m okay, I’m just um, a little worried about a potion I have to recreate next potions lesson. I missed almost half the lesson, I don’t even know what its called.” You told her.
“Hmm i can’t really help with potions.. . Maybe ask Micheal Corner he will know, and I’ve heard he’s got a thing for you to” Elizabeth smiled and winked at you.
“Micheal? Yeah right” You laughed.
Elizabeth gave you that look of “you’ll soon see” then walked away and up to her room. You sighed with relief.
You fumbled trying to open the note, it was folded a few times it a weird way. The note read:
“I hope you’re okay, come sit with me in study period tomorrow, I miss you little dragon ~ Draco.”
You smiled softly and held the note to you lips, as you did so the note wiggled out of your grip forcefully and flew upward so it was a few inches above your head, folding into a small dragon. You gasped, just as it combusted a few seconds later. The ashes falling onto your thighs a small heart made of smoke hovered where the note once was and the smell of turkish roses filled the room.
