Ok, so this book WAS everything I hoped for.
There were TWO dragons who were upset because one’s soup was too sweet and the other’s too spicy, so they have Tonlu (main character) help them decide which soup is best.
Absolute genius storytelling.
It's November, and I remembered that I wanted to paint a bunch of dragons. Mostly I just wanted to make more progress on the Reaper Bones 2012 Kickstarter models. Now that I've learned some better painting techniques, and how to better work with the original Bones material, I'm able to finish more projects. For instance, this bowl of dragon soup is how I get the Bones minis ready for priming.
