handful of concepts from some sketches I did a while back. I really liked the idea of delivery-service dragons, and said why not tdbk?

Preparing for dragon Shouto. I think i’ve got a pretty good idea of what he’s going to look like in human form, but now I gotta get with his transformation and hash that out. That’s gonna be so fun. The 8th set of horns (last row on the right) is similar to the original idea I had last year, but I’mma mess around with a few different versions for my sketches, cause putting horns on people is just too fun. Anyway, a little hint of what’s to come.
These are sketches I did earlier last year when I thought of a design for todoroki. As much as I adore kirishima in a dragon form (which I will be doing some of his dragon transformation designs as well ;P) I love the idea of Shouto being from a super-duper badass dragon tribe or some such, where they’re like volcanic dragons or something. So hefty armor and cool fire like designs all over their scales, massive wings. Which I still like this design, but I think i’m gonna bring it back out and work on it and change it up-- make it better basically. I love Shouto’s duality, and I like the idea of him having basically double everything, cool split horns, split tail, maybe even four wings. I’m going to see what effect I can get with either still having his scar and damaging his scales in his dragon form, or including the shape of his scar into his markings instead. I’m also trying to decide whether a half albinism design should extend the whole half of his body or only a smaller percentage. I dunno, takes some thinkin’ (also, how fuckin badass will Dabi and endeavor be with a similiar design-- but them, you’know? i’m going to have to find out soon hehehe)
SOOOO, here’s the thing. I have no idea if i’ll ever go back to this and finish it, because i was using this as a study, back when I made the kirishima dragon sketch. I was like well what about Todoroki dragon prince? but he’s pretty? lol anyway, life happens and this was put on the back burner, and rendering (for me) takes such a long time because i’m picky as hell, so I don’t do it often. what do you think? should I finish it? I have so many other dragon/people concepts that I want to hash out, and todoroki and kirishima make for great test subjects.
