Gatekeeping is not always a bad thing and is sometimes a necessity as Dragon knowledge is NOT for everyone and, the Dragons are the gatekeepers of their own secret knowledge!

Originally published in 1994. This is the first widely publicly available book on the subject, it contains a mishmash of Ceremonial Magick and Wicca elements. Secret/ closed groups and individuals practiced and continue to practice their own versions of Dragon Magick. Dragon Magick has always been a very secretive path due to the disbelief from others, including other pagans. Back in the mid 90’s so little was publicly available everyone was winging it and creating through trial and error. At first Dancing with Dragons received high praise, but some were more critical and brought attention to how various elements were either Wiccan with dragons thrown over it or Ceremonial with dragons replacing deities or angels.

Tarot cards

I got my first deck of tarot cards Yesterday! There Anne stokes Gothic ones and there beautiful!! 

I wanted ones with pictures on so I can learn easier as I learn and memorise information visually and link information to images.

When I picked them up I felt a pulsing in my hands so i’m taking that as a good sign!! I was also drawn to them as soon as I saw them!!

Anyone got any good tips for a beginner??

World Record???

It's been 1 month since I wrote my most recent blog on my Dragon Dreaming website called Modern Origins? (which was written because of concerns about a particular YouTuber promoting false & misleading claims about being the "founder" of various Dragon/Draconic paths & practices).

Modern Origins? (of Dragon magick practices)

Due to concerns about a particular YouTuber promoting false & misleading claims about being the "founder" of various Dragon/Draconic paths & practices I decided to investigate the "timeline" of these practices for myself.

"Beware of people who post information that is sneakily deceptive in its wording, designed solely to manipulate and impress their followers and which at first glance seems much more significant than it actually is …people with delusions of grandeur who just want to promote their “brand” on YouTube and other platforms. For example, someone in the Dragon community (no-one from the above list but not mentioning any names here) has recently presented a long list of dates and called it their “Timeline” of when they supposedly “founded” several of the most prominent paths in Dragon spirituality …paths that existed long before this self-proclaimed founder was even born!! "

Beware of False “AI Overviews”

So after hearing that Conway is by no means a good author/magician/whatever, I’m feeling a little downhearted. She’s the only one who’s written books on dragon magick. Now where do I go to learn more about it?
