Maela would be true neutral, I'd say?? She's not Good because of how manipulative she can get, even with people she cares about - she tends to be very "ends justifies the means", though the more time she spends with her companions, the less inclined she is towards this ideal - enough that when in the Deep Roads, her loyalty towards Shale won out and they destroyed the Anvil. She leans towards Lawful only because she follows her own moral code, but she will not follow the laws of others if it does not suit her.

Co-Habitate: Do they live with anyone? What's "need to know" before moving in?

Before the events of the Blight, she lived with her father and her cousins in the alienage; Once the Blight was over she stayed in the palace in Denerim as an advisor to Alistair and Anora before leaving for Vigil's Keep after accepting the role of Warden-Commander, where she served with her fellow Grey Wardens until leaving for what was assumed to be her Calling. as far as "need to know"s go, Maela is not too fussed, but appreciates her alone time, and most certainly does not appreciate Oghren staggering around in the middle of the night (it didn't take long before Maela made sure he stopped doing that.)

Vice: What bad habits do they have? Is there something that they would be ashamed of?

Maela has a habit of believing that she is always right, and that her way is the best way of doing things - it takes a bit of time for her to begin to value other's opinions more, but by the time the Blight has ended, she listens to others more often, and takes them into account. She never admits that she had a problem with that, though.
