I have the post blocked on my computer, but there's nothing I can do about it from my tablet :c

danny, dakota, and the wishing well by a silent film
Ah, this has all the markers that should be familiar to you by now as a song that appeals to me: strong beat, strings, indie vibe. The only way it could be more tailored to my tastes is if the lead vocalist had a sultry alto voice. Mmm baby.
A+Will listen to several times and investigate more by the same artist.
the bourbon is wearing off now and that's just sad. Too bad it's six am and I, though a woman of loose morals, am still restrained enough that I don't want to drink alcohol at 6 am on a Sunday.

I kinda like it. It's got that kinda music vibe that appeals to me in terms of alternative/indie music, and it's got a decent beat.
B will investigate further.

wolf & i by oh land
Very interesting. This is honestly the kind of music I need to listen to several times through before I can really render a verdict on whether I like it or not. Perhaps like Passion Pit, it will grow on me until suddenly I thirst for it in my ear canals like blood through my veins, or perhaps like PJ Harvey, it will always settle uneasily on me like a cloud that has unusual weight.
Honestly on my second listen through I'm leaning more toward the former than the latter. It's got the interesting female vocals I favor so much, after all.
B as I am unsettled but enjoying it.

Oh my I think I like this quite a lot. It's got the beat, the female vocals, that I am in favor of. Could use some violin but hey, they don't belong in everything, sadly. ]
A solid A- for being great but not having violins.

it’s ok! anna nalick isn’t for everybody
There are many things that aren't for me and that's okay.

frou frou unfortunately only has one album out: they disbanded after that one album, i think. it’s on wiki.
That's too bad because I really like their sound.

EHHHHH. I am NOT A FAN of country music, and sadly this has enough of a country vibe to it to be rather automatically repelling to me.
D WE CAN'T ALL BE WINNERS especially when we've got that weird twang that automatically repels me for some godforsaken reason sorry.
