Okay, today's little guy is what I thought was a moth but is actually a drain fly. I'd never actually see one before. The scientific name for this guy is Clogmia albipunctata

This is my favorite out of my many, many Hollow Knight OCs - Mimi the Drainfly! She lives in the Royal Waterways with her mother, but often ventures off to Fog Canyon to watch the Uomas. Her mum trusts her completely; she's never gotten hurt on her adventures, keeps out of trouble, and she has a custom-carved slingshot if she absolutely needs it.

She's a bit naive, but her mother doesn't have the heart to talk her down any more than she has to; she considers Mimi to be "one of the last rays of sunshine" in Hallownest.
