Patch is one of Mew Mew's sheet ghost kittens.
Patch is 1 out of 11 siblings. The others' names are Georgette, Velvet, Gingham, Denim, Jersey, Satin, Poplin, Tulle, Crepe, and Taffeta. All of the kittens basically look the same as Patch, though the youngest ones were made with slightly higher craftsmanship.

I hate to say this but as of now I only have enough money to fund two out of the six remaining MMH episodes. Volunteer work isn't fair or reliable so we've been moving away from it. Looking forward, I'm expecting each new episode to cost at least a few thousand. I'm willing to pay out of pocket but MMH is not the only thing I'm working on and I'll have to pick and choose what I save for. I'm incredibly thankful for the fans we do have but admittedly, MMH is not very popular or successful. Success with an original idea feels very luck dependent and as much as I hope it'll strike one day, I don't see that happening. I'm still working on it but I know the money will fizzle out eventually and it'd take a major change to fix our situation.
I do have some design regrets for MMH but it was finalized so long ago, I couldn't alter much once canon material started dropping. For one thing, I had a half-hearted attempted at going the Yo Gabba Gabba route and making characters that didn't quite resemble any one species. Characters like Motley, Tidbit, Addie, and Miles were not specific animals but the others are pretty obvious. I consider Addie's design my biggest failure. If I could do it again, I would have made her a proper cow, not whatever she currently is For Millie, I wish I never gave her a chest. Even as that episode was in production I hated it but it was too late. I genuinely don't know what I was thinking (unless it was supposed to be a visualization of her pride and confidence, but it looks less like "puffing out your chest" and more like breasts). Everything happened so fast preparing for MMH, I don't think I gave them the time they deserved.

No Leverage / No Pleasure (no text alt below)
The pony sona I had in my files since June. The weird thing is, I'm not a huge MLP fan, but I fell in love with this design more than any other sona. I've never been a horse kid, but the pony started calling to me.
Motley's MathHouse - My boards part 1
Back in spring 2024 I had the honor of getting to storyboard an episode of the indie web series called Motley's Mathhouse by DevLunar! It was SOOO MUCH FUN to work on, though was pretty difficult at the beginning trying to figure everything out.
Motley isn't your typical series, by that I mean it's not like structured like a typical animated series. It's kinda a mix of both old CD ROM point and click games from the 90s -2000s, and analog (or in this case Digital) horror! (Which is why I wanted to help out on this project in particular, cause the premise and characters were super interesting to me!!!!)
I remember when I first stared out, I was making everything super animated and expressive, which is by no means a bad thing, but that wasn't how the characters were supposed to act. A lot of my original boards were ether cut or reworked which was DEFINITELY for the best lol!!! The hardest character for me was Tidbit who I kept on making super expressive and weird. Above is a gif I made based on a cut early scene where I made his hand super creepy ha ha. (There's also another version of this same scene I made even weirder. I'll post that one later on :) Anyways this Is just part one ( I have A LOT MORE unused thumbs and the like I can't WAIT to share!) THANK YOU SO MUCH DEV for letting me be part of your AMAZING lil series!!! Would love to help out on future episodes if you'd let me! Also one last thing, I HAVE to mention Devās amazing boards. He did a lot of the really cool shots, like the monster forming and Tidbit on Addieās shoulders! SOOOOO GOOD DUDE!!!!! šššš
A lil promo art I did for the new Motley's MathHouse episode which I GOT TO STORYBOARD ON!!!! It's a truly amazing episode and everyone who worked on it did SUCH AN AMAZING JOB!!!
Absolutely worth the long wait ha ha. Anyways I'll definitely be posting my boards on here as soon as I can! THANK YOU SO MUCH DEV for letting me work on your amazing lil show, it truly means the world to me!!!
There were many delays I apologize for but the wait is finally over. It only gets better from here. (Motley's Mathhouse: Episode 3 premieres on the DevLunar channel on December 20th!)
š Motley's Mathhouse: Episode 3 is finally here! You can catch the premiere on my YouTube channel, DevLunar.
Iāve had a personal philosophy for a while that if a story can be reasonably made for all ages, then it should be.Ā
Iām fully understanding of why many stories shouldnāt follow this idea and I know of its shortcomings, but at least for me, I struggle to relinquish something to a teen or adult rating if the story could still work. There are a few shows Iāve seen where, in every regard, it probably should be for kids, but because the team wanted swear words or brief moments of violence, it got bumped up to PG-13/TV-14 or somehow R/TV-MA. From a marketing point of view, I know why this happens; adults have learned to equate PG with meaning āfor kids,ā but Iām not one to perpetuate that.
The problem I run into because of this belief is that I make stories for myself first before I think of how Iām going to show other people. Iām an animator, I love cartoons, so of course, my interests are very childish, but Iām still an adult and a horror fan, so not everything I want to do would fly with the sort of audience Iāve attracted. Iāve been very uncertain about the age rating for Motleyās Mathhouse for a long time because, as of now, itās tame enough and my viewers are young, but knowing where I want it to go, Iād really be pushing PG to its absolute limit. Iām having a similar issue with another project as well, but itās more that I donāt understand book age ratings at all. Iāll think of something eventually, I just hope I wonāt compromise my own artistic integrity too much.
