my Regretevator OC - no, these arent quite the same person as i mentioned in John's post, his personality changed quite considerably after the accident... because he become a completely different person! on the left is Wally, the one who came first, the host essentially in the explosion and funky science of the lab accident, Wally's brain was turned to goop and then reformed physically split in two. John is much better at holding their physical form and controlling their shapeshifting abilities, but did not retain most of the life experience so is a bit wacky with social interactions. meanwhile Wally has most of his memories intact, but is a much more nervous person and doesnt tend to keep his cool like John does, so he has difficulty in keeping their physical form stable. not impossible, just difficult. John is very protective of Wally, but also looks to him for advice on being a kind and decent person.
they have a good standing
