I imagine this transitional period between draco being an asshat & him slowly moving into the friend group / getting ✨ closer ✨ to harry - where he is just starting to open up and practice being a normal & kind human being (level: hard) & harry throws a playful poke to his side during a game or something and draco just…jumps out of his skin and then there’s a pause where they’re thinking like, ‘a few months ago this would be the weirdest thing ever’ and draco would naturally start raging in response to feeling embarrassed but now he’s just bright red and stuttering through his attempts at acting natural and harry smirks and finally feels comfortable teasing him back / giving him a taste of his own medicine and playfully mocking him because that reaction was raaaaather peculiar for big bad draco 🫢
