The Drarry discord drawble challenge prompt for April was “Spring” and the restriction was anime/manga. Teii, Phe and I hosted the drawble, babble and drabble challenge respectively, and we had some absolutely amazing submissions this month!
Once upon a time, there was a boy who had nothing
and a boy who had everything.
No.
There was a boy who had nothing
and a boy who thought he had everything
until the day war swallowed him whole.
The boy with nothing was humble; he had everything to gain.
The boy with everything realized he had nothing
when the first Summons came.
A classic reversal – a tale both tired and old.
Once upon a time, there were two boys, not dissimilar in dignity,
destined to meet and cast curses from across every room.
Their cards were played, their fates were sealed;
by their crusades, they were consumed.
Once upon a time, the boys were mirrors of long-lost affinity.
Once upon a time, we were born of shadows’ symmetry.
I tried to drawble this month too XD Here’s the terrible result. A big thank you to @rockmarina for the beta, and for being such an amazing mod that allowed my blood drop to be part of the drawbles <3
Harry looked as the blood drop shone in its journey from his hand to the floor. Horrified. He couldn’t believe that such a tiny and pretty thing was a symbol of such a terrible discovery. He couldn’t believe that Draco Malfoy’s blood was in his hands while the boy lied pale and still on the floor.
People claimed he was the Light in the war, but he was as Dark as any Death Eater, the proof of that was slowly dripping from his hands.
The Drarry discord drawble challenge prompt for June was “night of summer stars” and the restriction was dotwork, which was just an excuse to try pointillism.
For the Drarry discord drawble challenge - the prompt for July was “Storybook” with a monochromatic restriction. Their story is one of loss and trauma, but also one where broken people find love and healing.
An exercise in minimalism for the Drarry discord drawble challenge. The prompt for March was “Please” and the restriction was basic shapes in a colour I dislike.
