Happy Pride everyone!!! I wanted to post this yesterday but oh well. It's still june xd

I started this on 2023 but never finished it because life, but I finally got to it and finished it cause i really liked it <# and the background is a picture i took at that pride parade, just edited by messing around with ibis paint filters 🤭

Reminder of the oc's from front to the back!! Up front we have Noche (he/they/it) with the aro flag and his QPP Poppy (she/her) with the ace flag. Noche is hetero-grayromantic and has no defined gender, Poppy is hetero ace and the reason Noche figured out he's arospec. Behind them is Poppy's bestie Verónica (she/her) with the progress flag, she's the token cishet of the group but of course she goes to Pride with her friends (she's also non amorous cause she had a very terrible boyfriend and decided she can't be bothered with romance anymore). And on the back we have Noche's bestie Lila (she/her) with the lesbian flag and her girlfriend (and Poppy's older cousin lmao) Mirte (she/her)!! Mirte's shirt says "bisexual, cause my mom taught me to eat everything" which is stolen from a sign my cishet friend saw at Pride and loved and kept repeating so much I thought he was trying to come out as bi lol (turns out he wasn't, he's still straight. Good for him)

This year let's all remember that Pride is a celebration of how far we've come and a fight for everything we still have to acomplish. Remember: trans rights are human rights, aspec people belong at the LGBTQ+ community, remember indiginous people on your activism, and that our real enemy is the people trying to erase our existance, no other queer people. Neopronouns, microlabels, identities you don't understand are not and will never be the problem– the fascists in power are. And as always, free Palestine, cause the #1 cause of death of queer palestinians is israel. So from the river to the sea, always 🇵🇸

Been meaning to post this for a while now!! This are some of my first OC's :D Noche (he/they, the cat) and Poppy (she/her, the wasp), they're in a QPR <#

Their first drawing is from february 3rd 2018, so I always say that's their anniversary! I created them inspired by a youtuber I follow, and I call them and their friends my drawing oc's cause they don't really have a story lol, I just like drawing them

And i've been redrawing their first drawing every year, but skipped this last two years because I was wayyyyy too busy with art school. But!!! I finally graduated!!! So I tried again :D if you ever feel like you're not improving, just pick an old drawing you like and redraw it. It's fun and will help you see your progress <#

Can't believe their seven years old already 😭 originally I kept using color pencils but honestly? I don't like them anymore, so I decided to redraw them with markers from now on. It's just more fun for me, y'know?
