Okay first tell me a little about your OC, then: 💕❓☀️
ItOh!!! Okay, I have quite a few characters that I absolutely Love, but I will pick my Curse of Strahd character, Blythe! She’s my my leetle tiefling lore bard who is is just trying to learn to be her own person and maybe make some friends along the way. Also, her mom’s cat Persephone takes Good Care of her. Oh! And her mom is basically Fantasy Beyonce??? 💕 : Blythe is more than okay with physical affection~ When she can just Be Close to someone she cares about, she tends to feel... better and forget that she’s in Barovia, even if just for a moment. Growing up, her mother was a very emotionally and physically affectionate person; her Little Starlight was and is the the light of her life, and she Made Sure that Blythe knew that, growing up, so I guess physical affection grounds her because it reminds her of home.
❓ : Fun fact! On her first day in Barovia, a ghost stuck it’s hand through her chest and killed her! But she got better, she’s fine!
☀️: Well, quite a few things make her genuinely happy! Her party member’s/friends make her happy, as does her sort-of-girlfriend Precious, the Tabaxi paladin of Sune. When she was younger, she would read to find her happy place, but books are a rarity in Barovia. Oh!! Her cat makes her happy too. And whenever she feels alone or like she misses home, she just picks up her mother’s Lute (well, it was a gift, so it’s hers now)and plays it. But she no longer sings songs from her childhood; now she sings about the people she’s met, the trials she’s been through with her friends, and even about friends that she had to leave behind.
In the end though, Blythe is just a young tiefling who wants to learn about who she is as a person and she would like to be proud of the person she meets when she finally gets to that point.
