When I reblog and comment, is that stealing? I’m rather new and I do something inappropriate.

No not at all dreaakm. When you re-blog the source remains intact, the problem is with re-posting (that's when someone saves an image or post to their computer and then posts it as a new post). That way the source then becomes the person who reposted, which is not nice.

I hope that explains it.
