AHOY THERE! The good ship Easterly Artists sets sail next month, with a fresh wind behind her (not difficult, given the current forecasts), and bound for new artistic horizons! That, at least, is the aspiration as we announce our first exhibition for 2022 “Easterly Artists at The Grit” – and the first in our new home at Lowestoft’s newest arts hub, The Grit Arts Centre in the Old Court House. We’ll have contributions from 22 or more of East Suffolk’s finest artists, in a wide range of styles and mediums, so we can safely say there’ll be something there to please every taste and preference. “Easterly Artists at The Grit” runs 5 - 22 April 2023.
