This might be a weird question and im not trying to be rude, I just have a lack of knowledge but is there anything out there on like, dream system things? For years I've had different variations of myself in dreams. All with different lives, ages, motives, genders, ect. They're reoccurring too. I can tell when I'm someone new because they don't make the same choices I do. They know things I don't and sometimes I know things they don't. They're even able to meet eachother. Form bonds, friends and foes. It feels so real sometimes.. especially since I can feel things more properly in my dreams wich is an unusual phenomenon.
I haven't really been able to find anything on it. I don't even know what to look for.. as far as I've seen, no one else is experiencing this. I don't know if it's just a weird me thing or if this is actually a system thing. I can't find answers and due to lack of money I can't go see a psychiatrist or therapist.
Sorry to be a bother. I promise this isn't a troll thing.
Hello - this question is not rude at all! The answer is yes, there is.
Dream-based systems can look incredibly different and function differently from system to system, but it’s quite possible for a system to form due to their dreams, or for headmates to use dreams as their primary way of keeping in touch with one another.
There are many, many ways that dreams may influence, affect, or even create/form systems. We’ll include some links to different dream-related Pluralpedia entries so you can learn more about dream-based plurality that other people experience. This list is not exhaustive. Check out Pluralpedia and search “dream” or “dreams” for a more complete list of results.

Dreambased refers to a system that accesses their headspace through sleeping dreams.[1]
Dreanox is a term for when a system/collective finds out about members of their collective through their dreams.
A somtive is a system member who came from a dream or was introjected from a dream. Usually a night dream instead of a daydream.[2]
Of course, you do not have to adopt any of these labels in order for your experience with dream-based plurality to be validated, discussed, or taken seriously. Labels exist to help those who use them, and any of these labels are opt-in, meaning you don’t have to use them if you don’t want to.
But rest assured, many people do experience plurality through dreams. We hope this comes as some comfort to you, and that you can learn more about your potential plurality as you continue to engage with these individuals through your dreams. We’re wishing you and these dream individuals the best of luck with this process.
