The body is a minor, indigenous, and disabled. We collectively use he&/him& prns. The main terms we use to describe our system are chaogenic, median, illusoplural, gateway, and dreambased.
This blog was made to share terms that apply to our system/headmates for discord. Also so we can remember them lol. Please don't interact if you're anti-endo, a transmed, anti-mogai, anti-neos, or anti-kin.
Plurality is an umbrella term for all who experience multiple identities, people, or whatnot sharing the same brain and/or body. A system is the term for the grouping of entities clustered together in one brain.
Pladernic: A label for aldernic system members who either wish to have the body they have in headspace and/or memories specifically, or who are simply aldernic due to being plural in general.
(adj.) A system whose fronting activity goes through a cycle based on new members forming or being discovered. The main fronters remain until new members form or are discovered, then those new members become the main fronters, etc.
"Cy-" from the word "cycle".
Do not use if you're anti-endogenic systems or a community gatekeeper.
Blurian refers to easier or complete memory sharing, having a lack of significant amnesic barriers. This term is usually paired with other terms to describe a system, and itself has no correlation to the identities within the given system.
this flag/term was created by us. we used the traumabased and dreamway flag to make the flag. if anyone wants to make a more fleshed out definition, that'd be totally fine.
[Flag ID: 5 striped flag with 2 stripes of yellow (darker, lighter), white, off white, dark off white. The left flag has a rounded yellow-orange soul symbol. End ID]
Amegenic Flag
A system (or sidesystem/subsystem) that, like Seelgenic, wholy or partially shares a soul with each other. However, unlike Seelegenic, this is not due to splitting one’s soul or having one’s soul split into different pieces. Certain system members (or all of a system) just happen to share a soul or soul line!

symbol by itself undercut!
colors r based on the flag dod made for the term and we just wanted to use our -genic template for the flag cuz Autism lol
[banner ID: Do Not Interact: Truscum ; Anti endogen sys/anti any nonDID/OSDD sys ; Gender critical ; Anti MOGAI ; Anti neopronouns ; Anti mspec gays (lesbain/vincians) :end ID]
[ID: a round soul symbol, black outline with a yellow-orange circle inside it and a darker orange swirl-like shape inside it. END ID]
Congenic is a term used to indicate that someone's origins are complicated. It can be used as a standalone origin or in conjunction with other origin terms.
Neurogenic refers to systems that formed as a result of their neurodivergence, or from a mental illness. Usually, headmates originate from the need to cope, or be introjects based off symptoms like hallucinations or hyperfixations. Neurogenic systems may or may not disclose the specific disorder or neurodivergence they have. x
We needed an origin term that described us. So we made one.
There is not much of a mixed origins/polygenic/multigenic plural community. Whether this is because these terms are unknown or there just aren't many polygenic systems is unknown to us, but we do identify as polygenic... Somewhat.
We ID as polygenic, but mainly as traumagenic, because that's what we know started our system. We are in a weird area where our origins as a system are definitely one thing (trauma), but some of our members have different origins on a personal level (weren't formed from that trauma). It's like you build a house for a family that's in the cold and then others starting calling the house their home, too. The vagueness of "polygenic," and the limiting implications of just "traumagenic,"* just did not work for us.
*many people have the mistaken belief that if your system formed due to one cause, all headmates have to have the same origin. This misconception is partly due to how this is how it works for most systems. It circles back to there not being a large mixed origins community.
So here's our system flag and term: isoscegenic!
[ID: two matching flags with seven stripes, one with text and one without. The colors of these stripes, from top to bottom, are: indigo, cerulean, cyan, sandy tan, orange, strawberry red, and burgundy. The text on the second image, with one line per stripe, are as follows: one main system origin; not fitting perfectly into origin communities; spiritual and purposeful origins; communication and hope for plural acceptance; natural, spontaneous, and trauma origins; complexity due to being polygenic; differing origins among headmates. / End ID]
The definition of isoscegenic is: a system that has one primary origin/cause for its formation, but also has a few members that don't have the same origin as the system as a whole. For example, a system that may have formed through trauma, but later in life created a few thoughtforms on purpose or had a few spiritual walk-ins.
The term was inspired by "polygenic," which isoscegenic systems can also ID as. "Poly" makes us think of polygons, which made us think of isosceles triangles!
It's pronounced eye-soss-uh-genic
Maybe one day there will be a larger multigenic community, and this term will be used more often. For now, we don't mind if we are the only ones to use this term, because it is important to us and accurately describes our gray area between endogenic and traumagenic. We're isoscegenic.
Endogenic is an umbrella term that refers to all systems that are not completely traumagenic in origin, it encompasses many experiences. It is often seen as the opposite to the pathologized views of plurality, although can exist in harmony, even within the same system. x
