I had another dream about meeting Taylor

Oh, this one was so weird @taylorswift

So it’s the weekend and Taylor is just hanging out at my house. She made dinner with her brother and parents (who are not actually her brother and parents) and she’s talking about new music. And she brought her microphone with her, except this was a bejeweled light, aqua blue one. She the conversation was basically how Taylor’s new music was being released on Sunday (this Sunday) and Ed’s new song would be on Friday (this Friday). And it was so funny because Taylor was sitting at the dinner table with her family and I think some dancers for the tour, and rather than show her house (because I’ve never actually been) the entire background was a green screen! So that way the editors could keep her kitchen private lol. But so they finish eating, and suddenly everyone is in my living room and Taylor Is playing Blank Space on a commercial cover thing she’s doing, but then the song transitions into a new one. The new one was the first on the album and it was called “My Blank Space”, basically talking about her real self in comparison to the made up person in BS. Lol and whatever music I made in my sleep was dope because the song was so good. And I described it as “Clean but if Clean was made darker”. It had the low pulses and a deeper xylophone with drums that sounded like they were behind heavy curtains. It was really cool (I’m basically an undiscovered producer). And when it was over, my sister and I played it again and again because I was trying to hear the lyrics over everyone’s talking but I couldn’t (because I can’t write songs and obviously haven’t heard the new single). Anyways, at the end, Taylor left chocolate bars in everyone’s coat pockets and I rummaged through her sparkly Christmas wrapping paper.

BA3a Collaborative Pre-Production - Dream Sequence Rough Animatic #3

This rough animatic is quite quick, I think it could do with slowing down and additional frames. It was a test I completed fairly quickly myself because I had the blog and Research Report to catch up on. I think like I said before, it would definitely benefit from audio behind it so I can more accurately time it. I think as a group we would also benefit from putting all of our timed sequences together and making the hard decision of cutting any sequences to make the animation less lengthy, really evaluating when we want to achieve and portray to our audience. I still think it would be really cool if we were able to put something in each animation as a kind of, ‘spot the snail’ from adventure time because it may bring all of our work together even though they are such different animation types.
