Dream Evil was formed in 1999 in Gothenburg and in 2002 released their debut album, Dragonslayer, which was a vital injection in the power metal genre. After their debut, they have not slowed down but have released another 7 albums and toured diligently around the world. In fact, Dream Evil's entire catalog from their 2002 debut is like a single tribute to melodic 80s metal. It includes master singer Niklas Isfeldt, and producer and guitarist Fredrik Nordström Dream Evil are highly valued among power metal fans.

DREAM EVIL has to be one of the most underated DIO albums in my opinion. My favorite tracks are Night People, Dream Evil, Sunset Superman, All The Fools Sailed Away, Overlove, Faces In The Window and When A Woman Cries. It's hard to choose a single favorite but if have to pick one i would go with "Sunset Superman". That song has such a positive vibe, it gets my spirit up everytime i hear it.
