Allinall Inutamago is the mother of all ultimas (headcanon species name of Fecto Elfilis and Genwel Meteonelfilis). Nestled within her grasp she constantly incubates a set of three eggs filled with dream matter that will eventually hatch into a trio of ultima siblings.

She is the DEVA (divine being) of the Sleep ability, seeking to connect to all living beings through their dreams to allow them to be independent from the forces of the universe and its avatars. Using her children she seeks to conquer or destroy all planets removing the Dream Fountains which are seen as a vital tool to keep planets habitable, but Allinall wishes for the inhabitants to use their own dreams to stabilise their planets with mixed results.

Tell us about the Dream Hatcher, pretty please with sprinkles on top? 🍦🍨

The Dream Hatcher is an ancient entity worshipped by a group of Dream Matterborn known as Clan Eon-Eon. For as long as anyone can remember the creature nested on top of the Tower of Dreams, which spreads the Dream Matter they produce all across the Universe to the many Fountains of Dreams located on numerous planets in liquid form. The liquid flows down the tower and is redistributed by the nine wheels installed within it that are supposed to constantly turn like clockwork. They've also been linked to the creation of the noddy species and the Dimensional Mirror. The relationship between the clan and the Hatcher has been rather... complicated since the Fectos stole their egg-shaped dreams and they were forced to sacrifice one of their own to calm the beast.
