I once saw this picture saying something like it's about the perspective you choose which determines if either you're happy or sad about the view/circumstances in front of you. Some believe it may not be that simple, personally I feel somewhat neutral about it. Sure sometimes it may feel as if the chemicals in your brain causing you to feel so low seem overpowering but you don't have to be negative about it. You could cruise on neutral if you'd like. I'm not saying you're not allowed to feel sad, actually trying to deny your sadness could just make it worse leading it to build up so try cruising on neutral and allow your sadness to just pass by. Don't hate or judge yourself for being sad, you are human and among one of your experiences is a heaviness which seems to drag on forever but my friend when you let it flow and decide to grow, happiness will be heavenly. One day you'll look back and see the blessings brought by your troubles. I'm not trying to justify them, I'm just saying there is a positive to every negative. Faith and fear both demand for you to believe in something you can't see, so you decide.
