I know I’m already there but I wanna like pat myself on the back for getting *this* far.

The past few days I’ve been getting into the hypnagogic state a lot easier or I haven’t been trying to get into it, I kind of just feel it and I become aware which has also effected most of my dreams so I’d start lucid dreaming.

I can’t remember my dream much: but recently I had a lucid dream where I asked my own mother to take me to my dr. I think I just went into another dream, no biggie!!!

Today: I remember I got lucid in a dream and got further than I have in any other lucid dream at doing the method right(cuz I’ve been trying knowing that lucid dream is starting to seem harder to shift through……👀) and so I stood at the top of my steps in a dream(it was at first a false awakening but I just became lucid) and then I fell backwards after affirming a few times I was in my DR and that I was my DR self in my desired reality dreaming this dream and then I fell backwards and I tunneled down into this darkness. I couldn’t feel anything, it was just black but I knew I was falling because there was slight flashes of light like I was zooming thru a tunnel. I either woke up into another dream or woke up irl and went back to sleep.

I don’t know why recently I’ve been getting into lucid dreams, hypnagogic state a lot but it’s been motivating me and making me less stressed to shift! But does anyone have tips with the method cuz 🫩🫩🫩🫩🫩🫩🫩UNFORTUNATELY……..I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong if anything, maybe I just need to keep trying thru my lucid dreams.

Okay but who here has experienced dream deja-vus? If you have you know exactly what I mean by that. I’ve only met like 2-3 other people in my life who have had the same experiences
