I just wanted to bring up a lot of the reason that people are against gency is it's because it's a doctor/patient relationship and also overwatch was like "hey genji we'll save your life but only if we can use your body as a weapon" which is. not good lol. obviously that doesn't warrant telling people to kill themselves tho

i hear ya, i saw a post on that the other night and i totally see it tbh. unfortunately my lack of participation in the creative context of OW means i don’t particularly care for any overwatch pairings either way; i only get to see the aggressive nature of people demanding their faves be tailored to their preferences no matter whom that might involve stepping on

so while i get u -- it’s not a healthy relationship on its own, i don’t condone that -- it also doesn’t deserve to come with a slew of hate, and people who will tear into you if you so much as mention them in such a context. and while i don’t blame them for reacting to the aforementioned issue, it’s the “get away from me with your cishet ship!!!” mentality that needs to fucking die tbh :///
