Finally I posted the first chapter of my smallen fic 😭
Alright, idk if I'll ever write this down properly in a fic BUT I have this scene stuck in my mind where Indrel and Drem are in Drem's spaceship and Indrel is laying on Drem's bed chatting with a guy but he slowly loses interest in the conversation as he starts watching Drem while the exo is watering the plants that he has here and there in his cramped bedroom and Indrel has this smitten smile on his face and sjsksjsjs at some point gets up and goes to hug Drem from behind and Drem gets so frustrated poor old man DJSKSKSKS Indrel starts asking him what flower is this and that and Drem explains to him and Indrel listens to him with the dumbest in love expression istg and when he points out that one particular flower has the same color of Drem's eyes Drem goes full gay panic and quickly changes subject asking if he's going out with that guy he was chatting with. But Indrel just says "nah I dumped him" and Drem is so confused jsdkdksj and then Indrel asks him if he wants to go and eat a pizza with him and OBVIOUSLY Drem accepts because he really can't deal with this crush for his best friend, so he goes to take a shower while Indrel rummages in Drems wardrobe to see if he can find any cute clothes there (yeah he has clothes in Drem's wardrobe they are that uhm fruity), and when Drem comes back to his bedroom he sees that scene, this fucking beautiful beefy awoken Adonis in a THONG so he stops in his tracks and immediately goes back to the bathroom [boner alert!!!!] ehehehe 👁️👁️💦
Once they're finally out, people mistake them for a couple obviously as per usual sjsksksj BUT IT'S WHEN they're at the pizzeria that Drem is so Gone full gay panic again because a) he's been struggling with keeping his eyes off Indrel's tiddies that are trying to break free from the corset he's wearing nsdksk and b) Indrel actually slides closer to him during the dinner and says "isn't this shirt tighter than the others you usually wear???" and he starts teasing him like touching him with his hands and Drem shouts "stop it!!" KSDJSLSKSK they're ridiculous and I love them and Drem looks at Indrel while he's laughing so genuinely and fuck his heart can't handle it while Indrel feels like his heart could burst in his chest because he feels so damn happy to be there with Drem, his best friend and the man he loves unconditionally
Me trying to focus on my work:
My brain: Drem realized he loved Indrel the moment Indrel showed up to his ship door on his ex partner's death anniversary, unprompted, because he felt something was wrong with Drem when they talked a few hours earlier and when Drem asked him "didn't you have a date" Indrel just smiled at him and hugged him and then they ended up snuggling on the bed watching something trash on tv
I'm so emotional to share this commission from @hivemoth because Indrel and Drem-7 are two of my ocs that I'm very fond of and adore deeply 😭😭 and this wonderful artist captured their dynamic so well with this piece, it's been weeks since he sent it to me and I can't stop thinking about it....
