Years ago I took photos of this beautiful historical place from a distance but this past sunday I was able to get up close and explore the inside. Some locals from that area bought the place and they are restoring it back to how it used to be. they also are doing paranormal investigations and you get to stay over night. I kind what of want to do that. They were having a model photographers group shoot and i havent been getting out as much as i used to so i decided to go.

Creepy pics of the Ballroom at Prospect Place Mansion, Trinway, Ohio. They shut off all the lights at 9 PM and we were in the pitch dark all night. I don't have an IR camera, I had my flashlight and that's it. Couldn't see a thing outside of my flashlight beam. It was fun!

O1. 2AM Basement w Dalton

⬆️ This is Dalton, 9 years old, helping me and Nila with our paranormal investigation in the basement of Prospect Place Mansion. He was there all night working security with his dad and we invited him to join us when everyone else went to sleep and he was still up. Pretty awesome, brave kid! He helped us in the basement at 2 AM, and then out in the barn - which he's admittedly scared of! - at 3 AM (his dad okayed it👍).

⬆️ This is me about to play some slave spiritual songs in the basement, for those who died there.

⬆️ Some audio from our time in the basement. We play the song "Oh, Freedom", I teach Dalton about dust vs. orbs, we play another song and "Oh, Freedom" again, then we leave the basement via the creepy, super-creaky door.

OC 4201 by Timothy Wakeman Via Flickr: What a life this girl has had! Born as Conrail B23-7 1904 then sold to Metro North and became the 802 and was used for maintenance work in the NYC area. MNCR sold her to BNSF where she went across country and BNSF sold her to Rick Fanklin Corperation of the Oregon & Eastern. That's where this orange paint comes from. In this shot she is lettered as Ohio Central 4201 and is seen in Dresden, Ohio doing some street running as she works toward Zanesville during her short stay with the Ohio Central. She was returned to Oregon where I believe she still works today.
