Guys. It’s been like 6 months since I saw the Miraculous movie on Netflix. And I’m STILL salty that this song was cut. Back in 2019 this was our only crumb for the plot of the movie. We knew it was coming out after season 5. The song had hints of reverse-love-square or even a collapsed love square. I was HYPED.

Even after discovering that the movie was simply Jeremy Zag’s rewrite of the first 5 seasons and an AU telling of the Agreste Saga, I was still hyped to hear this song.

“Stronger Together” is a great song. I did love it as the romance duet of the movie, but I was still so hyped to hear “The Wall Between Us”. I had been listening to it countlessly for 3 years. The movie concludes, and.... it’s nowhere! OK, maybe it’s the closing theme music? Nope. “Stronger Together” again. “The Wall Between Us” is just.... gone. And I don’t even remember hearing news of it being cut. The song that was the FIRST promo for the movie... and... *poof*!

What’s worse is that “The Wall Between Us” is not only still listed under the movie’s soundtrack on IMDb, but it’s also the ONLY song listed under the movie’s soundtrack!

I think I’ll forever be saddened that we never actually got Marinette and Adrien officially singing this song to each other....

Why Drew have to pay devin????

They reached a settlement in court. That could either be because there might have not been enough evidence to go to trial so both parties agreed to a settlement, or Drew didn't want it to escalate to a trial where he could potentially go to prison and/or be put on a list as a sex offender.

The settlement is compensation for emotional damages that Drew will be paying for a couple of years.

Sooooo.......I got tea to spill bruh

I don’t know if you guys have ever heard of this group from the late 00′s [2006-2011] called “Varsity Fanclub” anyway loved them and you can also think them for my long ass story of getting into Kpop because it begins with them. 

Anyway they aren’t a group anymore but 2 of them got new members and formed a group called “After Romeo” which are currently active. Note: one of their songs was on the Kdrama “Chief Kim”

So anyway decided I’d listen to some of their old stuff right. And I also happened to come across the “ages” of Drew Ryan Scott and Jayk Purdy. Which are the two original members from VFC. 

Anyway apparently it’s being said that Drew is born in 1994 making him 22-23. And that Jayk was born in 1991 making him 25-26. 

I guess their management told them to lie to appeal to a younger group of girls. Which is kinda weird and creepy [which I’ve also heard rumors they flirt with underage fans but whatever i don’t have receipts for that so idk]

Anyway bruh these boys are a shit ton older than me they shouldn’t be out here fooling young girls into thinking they are younger. That’s wrong. Drew was born in June of 1988 making him 29.

And Jayk was born in 1985-1986 making him 31-32 [I can’t remember exactly when he was born and they’ve done a pretty good job of keeping his records cleaned up online. But I do know he’s several years older than Drew and I did find 1986 as his bday but i’m not sure if it’s completely accurate. He’s born in one of those years i just can’t remember exactly] 

Point is I’m making this post because it really rubs me the wrong way that they are out here making young girls believe they are younger than they are. It’s kinda disgusting. I still like their music though, but liking the music and liking the person and what they do is completely different things.
