1) Do they sleep with a stuffed animal? If they have multiple, who’s the favorite?

yes! they're twins from a very extremely shit upbringing with just one careworn little lamb stuffie from their dad. when they're little i think they would take turns with it when they're not sneaking into one another's beds, but as older kids/teens sanya would relinquish custody for a while. he just thinks she needs it more and he's not wrong but like, he's not right either. when he kills her and runs away, he takes it with him and goes to such lengths to take care of it, and when they're reunited decades later (she wasn't dead for terribly long) he gives it back and they go back to taking turns

2) Can they take care of a plant? What about a pet? What about a child?

sanya: yes, yes, and yes. man was born to be a dad and is an avid gardener and overall very responsible and competent

saro: yes, no, and surprisingly yes. she is also an avid gardener for the sake of her alchemy and poisons, though it doesn't come as naturally to her as it does to sanya. by the time she has kids she's so determined to be nothing like her own mother that she puts everything she has into it. her hedgehog familiar is very lucky to be a magical undying fey spirit though, her ass would not be caring for him properly (his name is tonic btw. because she's an alchemist. tonic the h—)

12) Do they like romance in the books they read (or in the book they’re in)?

sanya: i don't think it's a deciding factor in his choosing a book or his enjoyment of it, but he's a sucker for it when it's done well. he just wants stories that resonate emotionally with solid arcs and such, and he's such a romantic at heart. as for romance in the book he's in, well. he thought it'd never happen for him and then it did and now it's the only thing he gives a shit about so i guess that's a yes. he wouldn't have picked it for himself before meeting his partner though

saro: oh boy does she. girl who became severely codependent with her brother as a child because of the core memory of stories where true love always prevails and so therefore it stands to reason that as long as they have each other, they'll survive and be happy someday. it's such a foundational element of her worldview that takes years and years to deconstruct once she's in a healthy environment, and even then i think she's a sucker for a gooey romance or a steamy bodice ripper. she wants to be someone's princess so bad but she can't stop fumbling milfs. god rest her soul

Her name is Mycroft because she really hates Sherlock and Watson. Sherlock won't even do anything to her but Mycroft will sniff her and decide to hiss at her. Watson and Mycroft hate each other equally, though I'd say Watson is more afraid.
