minnie is twenty years old & aged out of the foster care system into a life that was less than golden.
she never found a family that she fit into because she wasn't neccesarily psychopathic, it's just really hard for her to relate to people and sometimes she'd rather do wrong than right.
so when she aged out she got into this... really bad underground fighting ring.
it all got a little too much, after seeing something she really didn't like she reported them anonymously - the ring figured out it was her though and ... threatened her life.
she ran straight from canada to tokyo, hoping she could find some sort of semblance of a better life
but yet again, she fell into the wrong crowd - she got roughed around a bit until she found the strip
a couple of older racers took her under their wing, and now here she is - one of tokyo’s fiercest racers. most people don’t expect to be taken down by a 5′4 girl named minnie - but they do.

+ fearless ; could be an admirable trait, or a bad one, depending on how you look at it. because of everything she’s seen, where she’s been, nothing really scares her anymore. is that her secret to racing? fearlessness toes the line of complete disregard for her own safety.
- amoral ; just like it sounds. she’s always teetered on the edge of chaotic evil, and depending on how things go she could easily be pushed all the way down that hole. as it is, she really doesn’t Care about anything or anyone. dangerous + stupid.

love shot ; open to m/f/nb - one hell of a whirlwind. a bit of a hateship with hopefully a bit of angst? for some reason these two are enemies, whether it has something to do with the gang or they want to take her down in the racing front, one thing leads to another and the tension between them is palpable. they can’t trust each other, they know the other would do anything to take them down in a second, but somehow they end up taking each other down in ... different ways, if you catch my drift.
fighter ; closed for @altarurl - this could go romantic or platonic, but basically this is a person that always seems to be there after minnie gets into fights, the person that bandages her up. she always ends up fighting underground, so she needs someone to patch her up.
who do u love ; open to m/f/nb - a few nights together, broken promises of “no strings” leads to your muse falling for minnie, and minnie pushing them away harder than ever before. minnie does everything to get them to hate her, flirts with other people in front of them, but your muse won’t give up on her that easily.

okay so it’s been awhile since i’ve played a muse with a background this intense so pls bear with me
so this is haru, she’s nineteen years old and 43 days sober
she comes from a pretty well-off family in seoul, but it kinda sucked bc both of her parents were always working. both of the jung children, haru and her older brother ( he’s playable btw !! ), grew up looking after one another and taking care of themselves. haru completely grew apart from her parents and doesn’t like them very much :/
in high school she looked for attention through partying and drunken hookups. it wasn’t long before she started experimenting with drugs, but it became a very unhealthy coping mechanism for her
one night while out she was being particularly Wild..... next thing u know haru was waking up in a hospital bed after getting her stomach pumped
that was when she decided to get sober, especially because she had surprisingly gotten an acceptance to the exchange program at the university of tokyo. this was her opportunity to start fresh in a completely new place
haru said goodbye to the sad, wild girl back in korea and became a still sad but much less wild young adult
studying fine arts so she’s always making all sorts of art with different mediums. one week she’s in the darkroom developing photographs and the next she’s getting clay on her clothes while making vases
she's a waitress at dance again, she really wasn’t expecting or particularly wanted to work at a gentleman’s club but they were looking for korean speakers to translate for korean clients that frequented the club and haru needed the money !!
she also has a bit of an rbf and has a ~*~mysterious vibe~*~, ppl are probs intimidated by her but rlly she’s just Damaged™ and not at all judgmental bc look at her own life

Her childhood wasn’t very great as her parents were constantly fighting.
Due to stress she developed depression & anxiety –– which quickly made her go downhill.
The continuous pressure of studies, her parents fighting, having to upkeep an image and trying not to disappoint anyone made her snap at some point, maybe making her father disappear for once and for all.
Obviously with ( maybe ) having done something like that, she didn’t think it would be a good idea to stay at the same place, so she moved to Tokyo.
There was a need to get some quick, “easy” cash –– something to send to her mother. Something to survive. Thus, she joined VESPER.
She’s the right hand there since she knows how to get the job done.

（ 一 ）–– A COINCIDENCE. For some reason our muses keep running into each other at the oddest hours inside a 24 hour shop. And for an even weirder reason they seem to like the same brand of instant noodles. They start questioning their sanity – maybe they are spying on each other? Or what the hell is going on?
（ 二 ）–– DEAL IS A DEAL. Your muse might be owing money to VESPER, so Jane has been sent out to deal with it. There’s a fight involved, but they come to an agreement.
（ 五 ）–– BESTIES. In such a cruel world everyone needs a shoulder to lean on. Someone to call at 3am crying. Someone who will bring you food even if its 6 in the morning. That kind of person.
（ 七 ）–– THE TEACHER. (Japanese muse) Not being of Japanese descent, Jane’s Japanese is not perfect. Her language skills aren’t bad, but sometimes when you repeat the same phrases over and over you stop learning new ones. Your muse helps her out.
（ 十 ）ROOMMATES. Basically self-explanatory. They live together, share some shenanigans and maybe like to cook together? That sort of things.

hi! i’m nan (she/her or they/them), i’m twenty-one years old, and here is my sad son, jaewon.
jaewon’s life doesn’t get interesting until he’s nineteen years old
that’s when he came out to his family as bisexual
and while they weren’t thrilled, they figured they could learn to live with it, after all he was their family and they love him
however, two years later, at age twenty-one he told them he was dropping out of college to pursue music
that apparently was the last straw and they cut him off, throwing him out on his own
he moved to tokyo for a fresh start at age twenty-two
he plays music still, but barely
most of his time is spent either working as a bartender, or spent in a depressive haze where he really doesn’t get anything done
he still longs for his family, though he knows it’s unlikely they’ll ever accept him
he tries to stay positive, even though he’s lonely he recognizes that he’s lucky he got a fresh start in tokyo
but he still needs a hug so someone pls give that to him
